职位要求：

General Manager (Quan-zhou, Fujian province)
will be in charge of the operation of the plant located in Quan-zhou (Fujian province).
Report to: general manager (Great China)
Job objectives:
●Make sure all activities are following the national and local laws and regulations.
●Make sure the plant is profitable with healthy management.
Main responsibilities:
●Be responsible for leading and managing the business, driving the organization to meet or exceed its growth and profitability objectives.
●Overall management and supervision of operations and staff, including HR, Finance, Sales, PMC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Safety, IT and Administration,
●Initiates actions to ensure the operations ability to meet the Strategic Plans and the Annual Operation Plan,
●Help the acquired company to be merged fluently,
●Provide monthly operation and analytical report,
●Keep good relations with local government.
Knowledge and experience:
●Bachelor or higher, major in mechanical or Textile machinery,
10+ years of management experience with at least 3 years as GM and success in achieving revenue and delivery goals,
●Solid experience in textile machinery or machinery tools making,
●Excellent English knowledge,
●Knowledge of textile base.
Personality required:
●Strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills,
Self-motivated and directed,
●Willingness to live and work in Quan-zhou,
●Detail & systems orientation, and follow-up skills required.
